Sharing The Risk Of Recruitment

At Recruit12, we have a different approach that is designed to ease your workload and your cash flow:

We believe in sharing the risk of recruitment. It's common for agencies to charge a percentage of a new recruit's annual salary, usually within their first three months of employment. The cost of a Recruit12 hire is spread over 12 months. And you only pay for the months for which that person is employed. If things don't work out with your new team member and they leave, you don’t pay any of the outstanding instalments.
